Serracinna studio beliefs and convictions

Serracinna studio was developed with several underlying tenets in mind. We value a symbiotic relationship with our land, environment, and community. Much of our work is centered upon local sustainably farmed and responsibly foraged flora that highlight our desire for and convictions toward natural and regenerative land stewardship. Our floral work is meant not to simply illustrate the deep and meaningful beauty of the natural world that surrounds us, but also to engage with that same world. 

This includes investigating the ways in which this particular creative practice intersects with ethics. There is an urgent need to disengage the floral industry from farming practices that do not support fair wages and destroy the cycles of nature. We believe that farms can serve their communities in dignity and on their own terms. We promote progressive attitudes towards regenerative land management, natural and native flora and passionately advocate for working with local and domestic flower farmers. We actively encourage every client to think about these convictions.
